Welcome to the second edition of Last Man Standing – Østmarka Backyard Ultra.

Rules:
Mandatory Equipment:
During the race: Head lamp and safety vest. Fully charged mobile phone.
At camp: Basic first aid equipment : gnagsårplaster, plaster, sports tape, desinfiserende middel, steril nål. Klær i forhold til vær og føre: Ull, vindtett jakke- og bukse. Ekstra skift.
Service for runners:
There will be food and refreshments awailable: Hot soul, buljong, bread, chokolate, banana, oranges, chips, wather og cola.
Bags can be stored inside.
